HOW DO I ORDER?

HOW MUCH NOTICE IS REQUIRED?

We require 24 hours notice for every Pretzel order. Candy Buffets require minimum 5 days notice. Special order Candy 2 weeks notice.

HOW MUCH IS Shipping?

Shipping cost are calculated by Canada Post and are based on size and weight of parcel. We make no profit on shipping.

My event is more then 25km away from London. What is the extra delivery charge for the Candy Buffet?

The extra delivery charge is only to cover the cost of fuel to travel to your event destination. As we provide full set up and take down of your Candy Buffet.

How long do Sweetzels Pretzels last?

If you keep your pretzels in an airtight container they will keep for 3 to 4 months.

Are Sweetzels Pretzels peanut Free?

We do not use any peanuts in our flavouring, toppings or kitchen, but we can not guarantee there has been no contact with any nut products.

How many Jars do I need for my Candy Buffet?

The number of jars is based on the number of guest being served. Each Buffet is freshly made and personal for each event.

Can I have items in my candy Buffet personalised?

We can provide different items to suit the theme of your event. Candy bags, stickers, scoops and other products can be purchased for your Candy Buffet with additional cost.

I have 200 guests. Do I have to order a Candy Buffet for all 200?

No, you do not. The quantity on Candy is based on a half pound per guest. Lowering the number of guests only reduces the available candy in your buffet. If you have any questions that are not answered here please email info@sweetzels.ca and we will be happy to help you.

Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: Sweetzels ships from Ontario Canada

It takes approximately 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

If you need your Sweetzels delivered by a specific date, please email info@sweetzels.ca and we will do our best to accommodate you.

In order to ensure the quality of your Sweetzel upon arrival, we do not ship over the weekend.

We apologize, but we cannot deliver any package to PO Box/APO addresses.

When shipping to a company or office building or to an apartment building, you MUST include a suite number, floor number or apartment number. Sweetzels will not be held responsible for delivery delays due to insufficient or incorrect shipping information as provided by the customer.

Please note: A $10 Return fee will be charged to your credit card for any shipments that are returned to Sweetzels due to incorrect/insufficient addresses or receiver refusal.

Shipping Costs Of Individual Sweetzel Orders

The actual shipping cost will be calculated by UPS/CANADA POST based on weight of package. Sweetzels has a $0.00 profit policy on shipping.

Summer Time Shipments

You may love being out in the hot summer weather, but Sweetzels do not. Our chocolate is very temperamental and does not like when the temperature starts to go above 65 degrees. During the summer months (April 15 - September 30), extra precautions must be taken to ensure the quality of your Sweetzels upon arrival.

Reusable cold packs ($6) are automatically added to each order. Please keep in mind that these are only supposed to work for approximately 24 hours, which is why Sweetzels. can only guarantee that the chocolate will not melt on orders shipped via UPS NEXT DAY AIR / SAVER or Ground within a one-day radius of Ontario.

Holiday Ordering

During the busy holiday season, due to high demand, most orders may take up to 5 days after the order is placed to be processed and shipped. We are not responsible for weather conditions or other unforeseeable events or acts of nature that would prevent the prompt delivery of your Sweetzels.

All orders placed after December 16th, must be shipped via Next Day Air in order to ensure arrival before December 25th. Please note that this does not mean your order will arrive the next day after it is placed. Next Day Air refers to the method of shipping/time in transit. Normal order processing time will apply.

While every effort will be made to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we reserve the right to make corrections if errors occur. In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time we reserve the right to substitute packaging and product of equal or greater value.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your order, please email info@sweetzels.ca within 24 hours of placing your order with "ORDER CANCELLATION" in the subject line. A 5% cancellation fee may apply. Please note: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Shipping available across Canada.
